I need to get serious

…on getting fit. I just don’t like what I’m hearing each time friends get together; nicely said, “Carlota what’s going on, you put up quite of weight”? Sad to hear but it’s true. I need to find an easy way to lose some weight or perhaps the best fat burners out there since I don’t have the time like it was. Akin to, 3 years ago I lost 28 lbs and 4 sizes of pants in 6 weeks without dieting. It felt so good. I was determined then and discipline myself when I eat, no seconds whatsoever. Plus I was doing Pilates 5 times a week and in the weekend I do my cardio, Taeboo for an hour or so. I surely miss those days when I was indomitable.
