I can’t believe hearing from a friend with our economy right too many foreclosure they sold their home in a week. She said they put up their house for sale a week ago and the 1st buyer look at their home they make an offer right away and they accept the offer right then. I really am happy for them and sure was lucky someone bought their house right away. Now she’s checking out Wilmington NC real estate because the new owner only give them 3 weeks to find a new place. I’m sure they will find a new place right away.
