Natural arthritis relief

Reason I hardly go to the gym because I’m having a problem with my knee. I used treadmill to warm up about 15 minutes; before I finished my knee already hurting me. It get worse when I tried the spinning for the first time my knee was just too hurt and had to stop in the middle of the session. HB said maybe I have an arthritis, hmmm, I doubt it but then again he might be right since my sister has it at young age. If ever it is an arthritis I would love to have a natural arthritis relief since I don’t like those sticky stuff to rub on for arthritis.
