Written by I’m not really good or I would rather say that I’m not into taking a vitamins. My reason is each time I take it I gain so much weight. I’m hungry all the time. Someone told to take it during or after meal so I won’t be hungry all the time but it doesn’t work. I find myself going or digging some constantly. So, I stopped and tried to eat healthy food and stay healthy.
